Simplex XAD

The Simplex XAD Remote Smoke Detection System is designed for challenging duct applications, prison cells, the tops of elevator shafts and other areas where code requires smoke detection. The system uses SimplexGrinnell's TrueAlarm sensing technology, with a high-performance aspirator that can actively draw air from difficult-to-reach HVAC ducts up to 80 feet away. The sampled air is filtered before being analyzed by a TrueAlarm smoke sensor.
