The tres SmartLoop wireless vehicle detector is designed to eliminate the need for inductance loops to detect the presence of vehicles. Users can install loops in 30 minutes, which saves money on labor and materials and reduces the amount of time that lanes are closed. The sensors contain battery(ies), three axis magnetometers and an RF transmitter. The control board contains an RF transceiver and N/O or N/C relays.
