The ELERTS EPIC system allows rapid reporting by people with smartphones who witness a safety or security incident unraveling. A security dispatcher using the ELERTS EPIC console may engage in a two-way real-time chat with a person reporting an incident to learn additional details as needed. The system features a convergence design that integrates smartphones for reporting incidents, with a cloud-based ELERTS Attention Engine, to determine which physical security assets are near an active crime or safety incident.
