• Has intelligent video applications such as video motion detection and tampering alarm, as well as downloadable applications via AXIS Camera Application Platform, such as people counting, heat mapping, license plate recognition.

• Multiple, individually-configurable streams in H.264 and Motion JPEG video formats.

• Enhanced alarm management with one input/one output for connecting external devices.

• Wide Dynamic Range with dynamic contrast for handling difficult lighting conditions.

• Support for Axis’ Corridor Format for portrait oriented, 9:16 video streams to maximize coverage areas, such as hallways and aisles.

• Easy installation features such as PoE, pre-focused camera, outdoor-readiness with a IP66 and NEMA 4x-rated housing, and simple angle of view adjustment.
