The new product features a photo-metrically optimized LED lighting array that covers the area surrounding the blue light tower. The new LED lighting array seamlessly integrates with video surveillance platforms, transforming the total solution from a passive system that must be constantly monitored to a system of active deterrence. Emergency calls and optional motion detection (via the video surveillance system) can trigger actions such as lights brightening or flashing, sirens, and notification via email or phone call. The combined solution offers up to 70 percent energy savings over legacy lighting solutions and takes a proactive stance in deterring crime.
