SyncroIP NVR

FLIR Systems announced the launch of the SyncroIP NVR line-up with full HD recording and easy connectivity utilizing an integrated Power over Ehternet (PoE) switch. Available in 4, 8 and 16 channel configurations, the DNR200 Series has 4 integrated PoE ports enabling a convenient, all-in-one connection that eliminates cord clutter. A wide range of the industry’s most popular IP cameras are instantly recognized by the Onvif 2.0 compatible NVR, with no configuration required. Full HD 1080p recording provides the most detailed picture quality and reliable identification with selectable area digital zoom for superior recognition at greater distances. Real-time recording (30fps per channel) is available at 1080p resolution in 4 channel mode (120fps @ 1080p). SyncroIP NVRs can be accessed remotely via mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Advanced features of these apps include remote playback, push notifications for motion/alarm, E-map, and manual record/snapshot to the device. FLIR’s 64 channel CMS is included for managing multiple NVR applications, plus Mac software is available.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
