Crest’s new CP-7907WS-40 environmental infrared camera features a 960H chipset for unsurpassed picture clarity and digital wide dynamic range (DWDR) technology. Other features include day/night switching with 700 color lines of resolution and a 2-12mm auto-iris vari-focal lens. New dynamic IR LEDs illuminate out to 130 feet, split glass technology eliminates IR reflection, 3DNR technology reduces noise in low-light conditions and a built-in heater/blower allows operation down to -49 degrees F. This camera offers 12vdc/24vac operation, OSD controls, digital zoom, masking and more. The CP-7907WS-40 also includes a 3-axis bracket, allowing the camera to be mounted to any surface, at any angle.

Hexagon’s Accur8vision is a volumetric detection system that employs LiDAR technology to safeguard entire areas. Whenever it detects movement in a specified zone, it automatically differentiates a threat from a nonthreat, and immediately notifies security staff if necessary. Person detection is carried out within a radius of 80 meters from this device. Connected remotely via a portable computer device, it enables remote surveillance and does not depend on security staff patrolling the area.
