5800C2W Convert to Wireless Module

5800C2W Convert to Wireless Module

Honeywell’s 5800C2W Convert to Wireless Module gives dealers the ability to upgrade security systems and add home automation without replacing the existing wired sensors. The 5800C2W enables retrofitting of existing 12-volt panels of virtually any type or brand by converting existing wired sensors to the 5800 Series wireless technology, allowing easy transition to Honeywell’s self-contained LYNX security systems. Up to nine hardwired zones can be converted to 5800 wireless protection zones, including sensors that require 12V including PIR and glassbreak, which eliminates the cost of adding transmitters. Honeywell LYNX system users can control their security and home automation system from any Internet-enabled device with Honeywell Total Connect Remote Services.
