It manages everything from security and thermostats to garage doors and lights, giving dealers greater opportunity to increase RMR by accommodating a wide range of homeowner needs. Honeywell’s complementary LYNX Connect app lets homeowners view and operate their system with an iOS or Android device from anywhere on premises. Honeywell Total Connect Remote Services lets users monitor and adjust their system from any Wi-Fi enabled location.
