LPR Enabled Camera
With ARES onboard, a camera in this series is capable of LPR and video data analytics on its own, without the assistance of any external hardware. This is totally unlike traditional “LPR” cameras, which simply detect a license plate region within a video frame, then hand off to an external processor to “read” the plate. In this case, all image processing occurs within the camera, with the final results being output to the user.
