Protection 1 introduces eSuite 2.0, its next generation account management tool with new key features and mobile device capability. eSuite allows customers to view and edit data including contact, PIN # and panel code information, open/close schedules, alarm system tests, and site activity. New features include new graphical interface, new activity dashboards viewed through summary activity maps or trending graphs that include police or fire dispatches, open/close exception, communication failure and failed test timers. Users can also place alarm system on/off texts online and with mobile devices and view or edit site contacts and temporary schedules from a mobile device.
