Talkaphone has introduced EZinfo™ Conversational AI, powered by Whoo, which adds everyday conversational assistance to its emergency communication stations. The system can provide step-by-step wayfinding, answer questions about schedules, service delays and ticketing, and offer support in more than 40 languages. Talkaphone said transit hubs are an immediate use case, with campuses and healthcare facilities as potential settings. The station remains a direct connection to help in an emergency.
