There are over 130,000 K-12 schools in the United States and over 50 million students that need to be protected.

Patrick will present current information that will help campus administrators and emergency responders prepare for a potential crisis situation involving an active shooter.

They will learn how a thorough all-hazards assessment can identify potential short falls in their campus security as well as what innovative security technologies are available to address these concerns.

The ideas presented will address steps schools can take to mitigate the risk of an active shooter – including what can be done to help prevent such an event as well as what steps can be taken before, during and after a situation should it occur.
