Decreasing budgets and the increasing complexity of physical security policy means it’s more important than ever for security departments to be aligned with their organization’s business goals. To assist with this alignment, organizations need to understand security operations and the key metrics which govern them, such as: which processes are most time consuming, which processes if improved can reduce risk substantially, which processes are influential in improving customer satisfaction, and how to make operations more effective and efficient.

Most organizations underestimate the possible impact of security data and only use it for reporting. They are unable to optimize their physical security operations because they lack an effective metrics program, without which security operations are being managed by assumptions instead of measurable facts. Join Quantum Secure for a FREE webinar to understand how to make your physical security operations smarter by implementing an effective security metrics program and using the information to predict and manage risk as well as respond to events.

Key takeaways you don’t want to miss:

  • What are some categories that are significant risks and can significantly impact operations
  • Key operational metrics for these categories derived from physical security data for enhanced operational efficiencies
  • Improving organizations by providing security insights to all departments; leading to better, faster and more relevant decisions
