Odyssey Partners with IntelliVision to Produce Surveillance Solution

Odyssey Technologies, Inc., manufacturer of Remote Eyes® digital video management systems, has partnered with IntelliVision, a vendor of intelligent video analysis solutions, to produce an integrated small form factor network surveillance solution with edge video analytics capabilities including people counting, loitering detection, and face detection and search.

"The integration of IntelliVision video analytics software technology with our Remote Eyes line of digital video management systems presents our customers with an opportunity to move beyond basic surveillance applications into advanced solutions that have meaningful impact on their business operations," stated Odyssey CEO, John Webster. "We envision our customers using this integrated offering to not only eliminate internal theft and fraud, but also tackle diverse business problems such as managing customer wait queues and measuring the effectiveness of marketing displays."

The integrated offering combines Remote Eyes 8.0 H.264 network surveillance with IntelliVision video analytics software and is available immediately. Advanced features that Remote Eyes excels in, such as POS and access control integration, continue to be available with the integrated offering.
