QinetiQ North America Appoints Bill Goss as Chief Financial Officer

QinetiQ North America has appointed Bill Goss as executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for finance and accounting, treasury and risk management. 

Gross has served as chief financial officer of QinetiQ North America's Systems Engineering group since October 2006, where he had responsibility for the group's accounting, finance, contracts, facilities and IT activities.

"Bill brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting to the position of chief financial officer," said Duane Andrews, chief executive officer of QinetiQ North America. "He played a pivotal role in the success of our systems engineering group and will be an outstanding addition to our corporate leadership team."

Before joining QinetiQ North America, Gross was the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the IT services and outsourcing group of Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), a Fortune 500 company. Before ACS, he served as the chief financial officer of the Hardware Product Group, an aerospace and defense services division of Honeywell International. Gross joined Honeywell as a result of its acquisition of TriStar Aerospace, where he was vice president of finance, assisting TriStar in going public through an IPO prior to its acquisition by Honeywell.

Gross graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
