Lunarline and SAC Partner to Create Near-Real-Time Continuous Monitoring

Lunarline is partnering with Security Associates Corp. (SAC) to extend its enterprise compliance manager (ECM) to meet federal guidelines for "near real time" monitoring and new FISMA reporting guidelines outlined in OMB Memorandum M-10-15. The CCMR platform is an integrated toolset that will enable executives, technical and security staff the ability to continuously monitor their IT assets and establish and maintain acceptable risk postures.

Lunarline worked closely with SAC, using its experience in developing cybersecurity strategies, defense-in-depth, and certification and accreditation experience, to develop a platform that will empower federal and commercial organizations to manage risk on a real-time basis. "The CCMR Platform will fulfill our vision of providing a real-time monitoring and a risk management solution for our customers," said Keith Mortier, Lunarline's president and COO.

The CCMR platform continuously monitors management, operational and technical controls, and provides reporting and alerting through a business intelligence dashboard. CCMR has a workflow engine for the review, management and mitigation of vulnerabilities through a "closed loop" action system while providing the ability to manage and create system authorization documentation on demand. At the heart of the system, SAC's Enterprise Compliance Manager (ECM) provides the flexibility for organizations to customize, enhance and tailor security controls and control assessments as well as customized reporting and templates.
