AtHoc Selects Seasoned Veteran to Support High Growth and Global Expansion

AtHoc Inc., a provider of network-centric emergency mass notification systems (EMNS), announced the appointment of Sanjay Saini as vice president of global operations and customer success.

While supporting AtHoc’s ongoing high growth rate and success in diverse market adoptions, Saini will lead global business operations, enhancing customer experience and exceeding customer success milestones. He will also expand AtHoc’s growing infrastructure to accelerate domestic and international business expansion and have direct oversight over professional services, training and customer support for the on-premise and software-as-a-service (SaaS) client base. The role is strategically positioned to ensure seamless interactions throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Saini brings more than 15 years of experience in leading business development at major technology companies. Prior to joining AtHoc, he was vice president of global operations at Polaris Wireless, a provider of software-based wireless services, where he ran worldwide operations. Previously, Saini served as vice president of global services at Kabira Technologies, where he led international services in more than 32 countries. He has served in various technical and management positions at Mercury, Kintana and Oracle.

Saini earned a master’s degree in business administration from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; and a bachelor of engineering degree in computer science and a master of engineering degree in economics from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India.
“We are pleased to have Sanjay aboard at AtHoc as his extensive experience and leadership will be a pivotal advantage in our strategic drive for full accountability for end-to-end customer success as AtHoc experiences a significant expansion phase,” said Guy Miasnik, president and CEO of AtHoc. “His demonstrated skills and talent for leading global operations will play a key role in maintaining momentum and for future development.”

“As the pioneer and leading innovator of network-centric emergency mass notification solutions, AtHoc has an outstanding reputation across its customer base,” said Saini. “I look forward to leading AtHoc’s global operations and customer success initiatives as we continue to focus on successfully meeting our customers’ needs.”

AtHoc’s net-centric mass notification systems protect more than two million military and federal government personnel. The company’s enterprise-level life safety systems are deployed across major government agencies as well as commercial, healthcare and higher education organizations.
