Open Options Growth Expands National Sales Territories

Open Options, a provider of innovative access control solutions, has added three seasoned sales executives – Stacy Molenda, Randy Vitovitz, and Laurie Dickson – to manage new territories in the Rocky Mountain, Northwest and South Central United States to support continued company growth.

Open Options Vice President and General Manager Jonathan Berman said that Open Options’ exponential growth has led to expansion of the sales force in order to have more focused territories that allow the sales team more time to build deeper relationships with partner dealers, vendors and system users.

“Open Options’ corporate culture of mutual respect is a key factor in attracting and keeping top industry talent,” said Berman. “Our sales formula is unlike any other in the industry: our regional sales managers have the autonomy to approach their territory as a strategic business unit and the creative license for business development.”
