IC Realtime, an innovator of advanced video surveillance technology, has implemented a 10-year product warranty and lifetime, 7 days/week technical support.

We have achieved all of this through a strong understanding of what dealers’ day-in and day-out needs are. Now we are granting the ultimate support with the implementation of this program. IC Realtime is in it for the long haul with our dealers.”

The 10-year warranty applies to IC Realtime products that are sold as of March 1, 2014. Products covered under the program include surveillance cameras, digital video recorders and network video recorders.
