Hanwha Techwin Announces Warranty and Replacement Program Enhancements

These programs are effective March 1, 2017

Hanwha Techwin America is pleased to announce new Warranty and Advanced Replacement Programs designed to enhance Gold and Silver STEP Partner support. These programs are effective March 1, 2017.

The enhanced Warranty Program, which covers all IP cameras and NVRs, is a two-tiered program. All Gold and Silver STEP Partners will be offered a five (5) year warranty on parts and labor for all IP products. All Authorized and non-Partner resellers receive a three (3) year warranty on parts and labor for eligible products. The zoom/focus and pan/tilt motor assembly for IP PTZ cameras will remain three (3) years.

“Our new enhanced Warranty and Advanced Replacement Programs underscore Hanwha Techwin America’s indelible commitment to our reseller partners,” said Tom Cook, Vice President of Sales, Hanwha Techwin America. “This commitment to our reseller partners ensures the availability of replacement products and extended warranty coverage, and further amplifies the advantages Hanwha Techwin America brings to the industry.”

The Advanced Replacement (AR) Program, which covers all IP cameras and NVRs, is designed to augment Hanwha Gold and Silver STEP Partners accessibility to replacement products, should it be needed. Under this new AR Program Gold STEP Partners are provided advanced replacement of IP cameras and NVRs for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Silver STEP Partners receive advanced replacement of eligible IP cameras and NVRs for a period of six (6) months from date of original purchase.
