PDK Ranks No. 72 of the Utah 100 Fastest Growing Companies of 2020

ProdataKey Named to MountainWest Capital Network's 2020 Utah 100 for Fifth Consecutive Year

ProdataKey (PDK) has announced that the company has been named to the prestigious 2020 Utah 100, MountainWest Capital Network (MWCN)’s annual list of the state’s fastest-growing companies. This year, ProdataKey ranked No. 72 out of 100 companies. Honorees were chosen based on both their percentage and dollar revenue increase between 2015 and 2019. This is the fifth consecutive year that PDK ranked within the top 100.

The company was formally honored yesterday at the Utah 100 Award Event, which was held virtually for the first time due to Covid-19 restrictions. Approximately 1200 business leaders attended. A socially-distanced in-person celebration to watch the event was held at ProdataKey’s headquarters, in Draper Utah, for employees wishing to share in the excitement with coworkers.

"2019 was a banner year for PDK, with several significant milestones that contributed to our growth. The release of our touch Bluetooth reader and mobile app were instrumental in establishing our brand as the leading Mobile-First access control platform within the physical security industry,” said Jeff Perri, ProdataKey’s president and COO. “Integrations with industry partners representing a wide range of complementary solutions, including video management, visitor management, video entry, wireless locking solutions, and others, helped expand our penetration into new markets and the value we bring to security stakeholders. The march toward mobile, as the dominant platform for business and security solutions, quickens each year and we’re proud to have been ahead of the curve since day one, leading the charge in the category of access control.

“Of course, this award is the result of an outstanding, prolonged effort on the part of the entire PDK team. Because of their dedication, as well as the loyal support of our channel partners, technology partners, and integration partners, our accomplishments in 2019 positioned us well for success amidst the COVID-19 induced challenges of 2020, and we look forward to continuing our upward trajectory. It is an honor to be recognized for our efforts by MWCN; we’re grateful to be part of such a vibrant business community here in Utah.”

“Utah’s economy has never been stronger, and it’s in large part thanks to the tremendous efforts of these companies and others that make Utah truly the place to be for business.” said Ryan Dent, chairman of the MWCN Utah 100 committee. “We’ve had 26 great years of honoring the companies making Utah great, and we look forward to the next 26 years and beyond.”
