Scutum Group Accelerates its Development in North America

Scutum Group is pleased to announce that Statewide Central Station in the United States has joined Scutum North America Inc.

Founded in 1981, Statewide is a UL Listed, TMA (The Monitoring Association) Five-Diamond Designated central station monitoring all emergency conditions throughout the United States and has established a reputation for excellence in customer service, expertise in the industry and cutting-edge technology.

Statewide is a leader in central station monitoring services and is one of the select few central stations in the United States approved by the NYC Fire Department to handle commercial fire alarms in the City of New York. The Statewide leadership team will remain the same.

Steven Coppola and Pamela Columbia continue as co-presidents, and Edward Keshecki serving as vice president of sales. Alarm installers will retain the same points of contact and business will be as usual.

“The strategic acquisition of Statewide will help increase the reach of Scutum North America, as we pursue our development in the United States,” said Franck Namy, CEO Scutum Group. “The integration of Statewide will enable Scutum North America to respond always more optimally to our customers’ growing needs – strengthening our position as leader in fire protection services.
