Woman Shot and Injured After Firing Gun At Dallas Love Field Airport

An armed woman fired several shots at the ceiling at Dallas Love Field on Monday morning before being injured by a police officer. That’s according to the Dallas Morning News.

No one else was injured during the incident.

Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia said the 37-year-old woman was dropped after and then entered a bathroom. When existing she was wearing a hoodie. She appreciated a ticket counter and then began to fire,

The terminal was evacuated and all passengers were rescreened by security, Operations at the airport resumed by late afternoon.

The woman is in stable condition at a local hospital.

Love Field is the second-largest airport in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is home to Southwest Airlines.
