Paxton Introduces New Rewards Program to Installers

Paxton Access has launched their new customer loyalty program - Paxton Rewards. This is the first ever opportunity for installers in the United States to earn rewards by participating in training, installing Paxton solutions, and completing activities or achievements.

Paxton Rewards is now live in the Paxton Installer app. Download the app for free from the Apple App Store or on Android Google Play.

“Three years ago, we launched the Paxton Installer app and, so far, it's been downloaded by over 25,000 users, said Gareth O’Hara, chief sales officer at Paxton. “This essentially delivered the first phase development of the program in validating that the app was useful. We now have the right platform to deliver what will be seen as a simple-to-use, loyalty program that matches our customers’ expectations.”

Simple to Collect Points
The Paxton Rewards program provides installers with a range of benefits and an opportunity to build strong partner relationships with the technology manufacturer. From Paxton Partner to Platinum Partner status, installers will unlock more benefits with every tier, helping them to build and promote their businesses.

Earning points is straightforward; installers can scan any Paxton products with a silver barcode, attend training, or submit case study suggestions.

“We are huge believers in education and the provision of free training, so when people come to training, they will get points. Also, if they do a fantastic installation that they want to promote via a case study, they will get points by submitting it to us,” Gareth said.

“So, the program is not just about purchasing Paxton products, it is also about development through training and education, putting yourself in the shop window with case studies and being a true partner with us.”

Enjoy the Benefits
Installers can enjoy different benefits with the Paxton Rewards program, including Paxton products, partner badges to show their expertise, and elevated listings on Paxton’s website. Paxton branded merchandise and Amazon vouchers are available for installers to redeem in the Paxton Rewards store, providing options to spend points on what suits their specific needs.

“For the first time, installers can exchange points for Paxton products. This can add value to their customers and create a commercial advantage. We are keen to work closely with our installers and not only reward them with a program for the products they buy, but also help them to develop new business by leveraging the Paxton brand themselves,” Gareth said.

Joining the program does not only give installers rewards, they will also have a chance to experience the advantages of the recently updated Paxton Installer app.

Steve Rowlands, Divisional Director of Product Management at Paxton, said, “Installers can access many useful resources via the app, including literature, product manuals, and installation tutorial videos. “And what's more, the content is stored in the app locally after being viewed. This is useful when installers are on site with no Wi-Fi, as they can still view the materials to get the instructions they need.”

Every company has unique surveillance requirements that are based on market focus, scale, scope, risk tolerance, geographic area and, of course, budget. Those factors all play a role in deciding how to configure a surveillance system, and how to effectively implement technologies like AI. Read Now

  • The Stage is Set

The security industry spans the entire globe, with manufacturers, developers and suppliers on every continent (well, almost—sorry, Antarctica). That means when regulations pop up in one area, they often have a ripple effect that impacts the entire supply chain. Recent data privacy regulations like GDPR in Europe and CPRA in California made waves when they first went into effect, forcing businesses to change the way they approach data collection and storage to continue operating in those markets. Even highly specific regulations like the U.S.’s National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) can have international reverberations – and this growing volume of legislation has continued to affect global supply chains in a variety of different ways.
