Just as Expected

GSX produced a wonderful tradeshow earlier this week. Monday was surprisingly strong in the morning, and the afternoon wasn’t bad at all. That’s Monday’s results and asking attendees to travel on Sunday. Just a quick hint, no one wants to give up their weekend to travel and set up an exhibit booth. I’m just saying.

Tuesday’s turnout was remarkable from the start of the morning. I like to see the vendor hustles to answer everyone’s question, and they were busy on Tuesday.

Among my duties, work-related or not, is collecting pens from various booths. They are not for me. Among my family and friends, I have a niece who determined at a young age that she would follow my dad’s foot path and collect pens. Thanks for all of you who offered a pen and those of you who gave me that look while I was helping myself. You may not have heard me, but I said thank you, and my niece thank you as she examines the booty of loot or writing utensils I brought back to her.

Wednesday at GSX is collection day. Not much happening on Wednesday other than watching exhibitors take down their sorted and varied booths and pack them away until ISC East in a couple of months, or maybe ISC West in early April 2026.

Not counting Wednesday but another successful tradeshow in the books for GSX. Next year, GSX will be in Atlanta. If you don’t mind navigating horrible traffic, Atlanta is your place. See you then.
