Automatic Systems Promotes Chris McClelland to U.S. Sales Director

McClelland will lead national growth initiatives and report directly to North American President David Enderle.

Automatic Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris McClelland to sales director for the United States. Having served previously as the company’s regional sales manager for the Midwest, McClelland will now report directly to Automatic Systems’ North American president and general director David Enderle.

McClelland has nearly 30 years’ experience in the security industry, working with multiple systems integrators and focused primarily on large customer relationship management. McClelland has held various roles from operations to sales. He served as regional sales manager with Automatic Systems from 2018 - 2026, and now as director of Sales for the United States.

In this new role, McClelland will drive national growth and market expansion through strategic initiatives and the development of new and current verticals while executing go-to-market plans. This role will build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, guide national account development and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, customer satisfaction, and successful product launches.

“I am excited to take on this new role as sales director for the United States,” McClelland said. “I look forward to supporting Automatic Systems’ customers and continuing to provide the high level of customer service they’ve come to expect from Automatic Systems.”

“Automatic Systems is pleased to recognize Chris’ outstanding service to our company and customers with this well-deserved promotion,” Enderle said. “We are currently looking to refill his previous position as regional sales manager for the Midwest and encourage interested candidates to apply.
