AWS Security Hub Adds Full Stack Partner Solutions

The new Extended plan allows organizations to integrate and manage third-party security tools for endpoint, identity, and network protection.

Amazon Web Services announced the general availability of AWS Security Hub Extended, a new service tier designed to consolidate third-party security solutions into a single management console.

The update allows enterprise customers to procure and deploy curated partner solutions across multiple domains, including endpoint, identity, email, network, and data security. Participating partners include CrowdStrike, Okta, Zscaler, and Splunk.

The service uses the Open Cybersecurity Schema Framework to aggregate findings from different vendors. This standardization is intended to help security teams identify and respond to risks that span across different parts of their infrastructure without switching between multiple dashboards.

Under the new plan, AWS serves as the seller of record for these partner offerings. This setup provides organizations with a single bill and pay-as-you-go pricing for third-party tools, eliminating the need for separate vendor negotiations or long-term commitments.

The integration also provides a unified support experience. Customers with enterprise support plans can access Level 1 support for both AWS and participating partner solutions through a single contact point.

The Extended plan is currently available in all commercial regions where AWS Security Hub is offered. Security findings from the integrated tools are automatically normalized within the console to streamline incident response and risk prioritization.
