Allied Universal Earns Five-Star Newsweek Honors

The security provider was recognized for the third consecutive year as one of the best workplaces for female professionals.

Allied Universal has been named to the Newsweek list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women for the third consecutive year.

The security and facility services provider received a five-star rating based on an evaluation of compensation, work-life balance and organizational culture. The ranking process includes a large-scale study of HR metrics and confidential employee surveys to identify companies that successfully foster environments where women can excel.

“We are honored to again be recognized by Newsweek, which reflects our continued commitment to the advancement of women in our organization,” said Steve Jones, global chairman and CEO of Allied Universal. “Women are helping to drive our growth and shaping our innovation that will define the company’s future.”

The company has prioritized efforts to remove barriers for women in the private security industry, a sector where female professionals have been historically underrepresented. By focusing on career growth opportunities and internal mentorship, the firm aims to improve representation across its global operations.

Newsweek’s annual rankings are developed in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, utilizing data from over 140,000 female employees across various industries to determine which organizations provide the most supportive professional landscapes.
