Axis Communications has announced that the official exam for the Axis Certification Program has gone live and is open to all security professionals who aim to validate their competence and skills in IP video surveillance. Those interested in becoming an Axis Certified Professional can register online to take the exam at any local testing center offered by Prometric, a global provider of testing and assessment services.
The company's current market value is (US)$1.2 billion.
IQinVision recently announced that the City of North Richland Hills in Texas has standardized on IP surveillance technology using IQeye HD megapixel cameras equipped with IQ Vcam virtual camera technology and LENSEC video management software.
