Panasonic Security Systems
The 6 Series i-PRO camera line based on its next generation UniPHier LSI processors includes cameras that feature 60 frames per second performance on both 720p and 1080p models, as well as improved compression efficiency. The new platform also features Enhanced Super Dynamic technology enabling 130db video dynamic range, which can deliver performance in any lighting condition. The cameras can also encode up to four H.264 streams simultaneously and feature high sensitivity in low light conditions generating usable color video at less than 0.11x illumination.
Verint Systems Inc.
Verint’s Nextiva PSIM 6.3 SP1 provides video-centric, real-time situation intelligence and improved response to help users cope with real-world challenges, crime and natural disasters. The open-platform product features video multi-casting so users can view live and recorded security video from multiple PTZ cameras on a computer workstation and “tear off” video into separate windows when needed. Features for the system include an intuitive 3D multi-layer user interface, and the ability to call up camera views to a video wall, receive LPR and face recognition alerts and aggregate multiple alarms.
Matrix Systems.
The Mercury Access Platform EP2500 is an intelligent controller platform with native network support. This powerful and high-performance platform provides an Ethernet ready, fault-tolerant panel capable of efficiently managing a large network of access panels in any system design.
Based on the intelligent next-generation Mercury Access Foundation, the platform uses an RS-485 or Ethernet link to connect to a Windows or Linux host to provide access control, alarm management and scheduled operations all in one package. The EP2500 is capable of elaborate processes and procedures without host intervention. Once configured, the EP2500 functions independently of the host, and is capable of controlling access, managing alarms, interfacing with an array of Mercury hardware devices, all while providing the decision-making oversight that each system configuration requires.
Axis Communications, Inc.
Axis Communications introduces two cost-effective video encoders that can serve small to medium-sized surveillance installations. The AXIS M7016 Video Encoder provides full frame rate video, is attractive, cost effective and features easy entry to network video. The AXIS P7216 Video Encoder features full frame rate video, adds audio and I/O ports and is equipped with a small form-factor pluggable (SFP) slot for use with fiber optics. Each uses one single network port, which drives down cost and port density of the surveillance system infrastructure.
ECKey Corp.
The VIZpin Access Control and Visitor Management Service uses cloud-based Smartphones to increase tenant convenience, productivity and security by allowing property managers to send VIZpin electronic keys to anyone who has downloaded the VIZpin app. The encrypted keys cannot be copied and are unique to a phone and ECKey Bluetooth reader.

The residential and commercial access control company introduces new two, three and five-megapixel cameras in dome, mini-dome, box and bullet (pictured) styles. The new cameras have features such as multiple video streams, H.264 video compression, vandal resistant housings, IP66 weatherization rating, WDR, auto iris control, two-way audio and PoE power. All of the cameras are ONVIF 2.2 profile S compliant and integrate to popular VMS systems.
Schneider Electric
Now available is the Schneider Electric Pelco High-Resolution Sarix TI Series Thermal Imaging (TI) IP cameras. Adding to its popular line of existing thermal imaging surveillance technologies known for creating high-quality and affordable thermal imaging with infrared detection, the cameras were built on the Sarix technology platform, and provide a digital end-to-end IP solution that allows for easy integration into a wide variety of third-party systems. The camera has longer detection, recognition and identification ranges that are up to twice as long as the mid-range model, making it ideal for the most demanding and critical security application.

STANLEY Security adds the ES4 and ES5 to its already existing line of electrified locking solutions. The ES4 electric strike can fit 5/8” up to 3/4” latches with a 1/8” door gap and are latch position status standard, keeper closed and deadlocked/unlocked status standard, have field selectable voltage, have mounting tabs, are non-handed and have few moving parts. The ES5 has no centerline relocations, fit up to a 3/4” latchbolt and a 1” deadbolt, are field reversible, feature dual voltage, are ideal for new or retrofit construction and more.

The Category 6A cabling product line from comCables features bulk cable, patch cables, keystone jacks, patch panels and a rapid punch tool. The solutions reduce alien and near end cross talk and exceed TIA/ISO performance requirements. TRU Vu Monitors Inc
TRU-VU monitors has released the SRM-10.4B-WRL video monitor for use in daylight. The monitor features a screen with 1,000 nits brightness, enabling the operator to see clear video images even in direct sunlight. The system—which features a rugged steel enclosure—is also designed to accept the weaker video signals typically found in wireless video systems. The device also doesn’t go into Sleep Mode, which provides the operator with uninterrupted control.
WAGO Corp
The IP67 Starter Kit introduces cabinet-free automation via prominent protocols such as Modbus/TCP and EtherNetI/P. It features a SPEEDWAY programmable controller with Ethernet ports, 8-channel DO and spacer modules, power supply rocker switch and RJ-45 to cable breakout module.

Sony Electronics announced the SNC-VB635 IP camera, featuring the IPELA ENGINE EX signal processing system. With its extraordinary light sensitivity and full HD resolution, the SNC-VB635 camera is designed for use in highly demanding applications such as transportation, city surveillance and energy. The SNC-VB635 is a fixed camera that features a half-inch Exmo CMOS sensor that generates exceptional picture quality even in very low-light conditions. Other key features include true day/night capabilities and an RS-485 external control.

The touchscreen app OmniTouch 7 is a capacitive touch, glass front touchscreen that features a 7 inch high res screen for controlling security, energy and entertainment settings in a residential setting. The program features large icons and integrates with the Leviton security system to alert emergency personnel, lock or unlock doors and view IP or analog surveillance video footage. The device also features slider bars to adjust light levels and humidity settings.
OnSSI
OnSSI’s Ocularis LS features comprehensive VMS and PSIM functionality for streaming, recording and managing an unlimited number of cameras. Designed for mobility without compromise, the Ocularis LS incorporates edge recording support for local recording on the camera in the absence of network connectivity, and automatic and seamless download of the recorded video when in range of the network. Ocularis LS provides comprehensive management and control of all video devices and recording servers from a centralized location with unlimited scalability. Its 64-bit architecture accommodates edge recording capability with automatic or flexible retrieval, configuration reports for document configuration settings and a system status monitor.
Honeywell
Gamewell-FCI by Honeywell has introduced the S3 Series fire alarm control panel that features an intuitive touch screen display. The product can be used as a standalone system or as part of an extensive network serving the fire protection and emergency communication needs of an individual building or a multi-building campus. The touch screen device has three main functions, including: system status, event details and service mode.
Bosch
The IP 5000 HD and MP camera family from Bosch features resolutions as high as five megapixels and can cater to a wide range of surveillance needs. The series consists of 13 cameras in four different designs: microdome, bullet, indoor and outdoor domes. Outdoor cameras include features such as vandal resistant, water and dust-proof enclosures, IR LEDs for night-time monitoring and varifocal lenses to simplify adjusting field of view. The new cameras also incorporate iDNR, which helps with noise and bandwidth reduction.
FLIR Systems
The SyncroIP NVR series has been expanded by FLIR Systems to introduce the DNR300 Series, which offers advanced functionality for more demanding applications while maintaining the original models’ same characteristics. The NVRs feature 8 integrated Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports, greater bandwidth for turbo processing speed, a more sophisticated CMS application and are available in 8 and 16 channel configurations. The devices also feature a recording bit rate of 80 Mbps and support real-time recording (30 fps per channel) at full HD 1080 resolution in 8 channel mode.

Designed for the protection of fence lines, open areas, gates, entryways and rooftop applications, the all-weather INTREPID MicroWave 330 offers a 1500 ft. detection range as well as robust programming, intrusion detection and remote management capabilities. Specialized detection algorithms continuously monitor alarm and tamper status, signal strength and detection parameters. Enhanced crawl and vehicle detection optimize probability of detection (pD), while unique Fresnel suppression algorithms successfully discriminate between intrusion attempts and environmental disturbances or other false targets, mitigating risk of site compromise while preventing nuisance alarms. The system’s superior K-band performance identifies slow-moving intruders and prevents interference from external radar or other microwave systems.

Canon's VB-H41 Pan-Tilt-Zoom Camera features a Canon20x optical zoom lens with 12x digital zoom, a wide 60.4º angle of view and an advanced auto focus algorithm for accurate focusing in low-light, haze and other difficult environments. The camera also features built-in image stabilization that minimizes blur.

Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies introduces the aptiQmobile, a web-based key management system that lets near-field communications (NFC)-enable smartphones be used like a badge ID to gain access to buildings and other ID card applications. The process uses strong security standards to turn NFC-enabled smartphones into an access control credential, which allows users to enter a building with a smartphone instead of a traditional ID badge. Developed by Lenel Systems International, goEntry 3.0 is a web-based access control solution with free iPad app and video integration. goEntry 3.0 is ideal for small- to medium-sized businesses and provides customers an entry-point solution that offers a future growth path to OnGuard. goEntry requires no server or additional software, and features installer and end-user wizards, device discovery, tool tips and help functions that enable customers to get up-and-running quickly and easily. An iPad app is available to help installers remotely administer or diagnose the system, while delivering on-the-go information to end users.
Securitron
Securitron has rolled out the newest addition to its AccuPower line of power supplies, the AQTVA Series for CCTV and other AC devices. The AGTVA Series provides reliable 24VAC output, individual LED channel status indicators and fuse or PTC circuit protection. The new series features 10 different AC output power supplies in 4 to 7.3 amp sizes available with four, eight, or 16 output channels.
Canon
The VB-H610VE fixed vandal-resistant dome camera from Canon features a clear polycarbonate dome mounted onto an aluminum body. The unified closure has a dust and water resistant rating of IP66 and is designed to absorb violent impacts, or for use in areas that may be subject to abuse. An optional heater allows the camera to be used in temperatures down to -22º F and the camera has a built-in wide angle 3x optical zoom that allows for clear, high-quality images and can capture detail in low-illumination environments.
