Verint Extends Partner Ecosystem For Nextiva IP Video Platform

Verint Systems Inc., a provider of analytic software-based solutions for workforce-enterprise optimization and security, recently announced that AirVisual has integrated its IntelliViewer application to Verint’s Nextiva IP video platform.

This partnership enables first responders and security personnel to view critical video surveillance intelligence captured by Nextiva video management software wherever they are, using mobile devices such as PDAs and cell phones.

“We are excited to integrate our IntelliViewer platform with Verint’s award-winning Nextiva IP video solution,” said Tom Hansen, president and CEO of AirVisual. “Our partnership provides first responders with critical security intelligence right at their fingertips, and the combined solution has been welcomed by customers and prospects.”

AirVisual specializes in the management and wireless delivery of visual intelligence for security and law enforcement personnel using mobile devices. IntelliViewer, the company’s wireless video monitoring platform and mobile command system, accepts security content from video surveillance systems, mapping sources and access control sensors.

By integrating IntelliViewer with the Nextiva IP video platform, first responders will have the real-time actionable intelligence they need to proactively and efficiently respond to security threats.

“As the leading IP video management platform built on open industry standards, Nextiva has become the de facto integration hub for a wide variety of synergistic security technologies,” said Jim Clark, senior vice president and general manager of Verint Video Intelligence Solutions. “By continuing to extend our integration ecosystem with innovative partners like AirVisual, we can simplify deployment of powerful solutions that enhance security and situational awareness in almost any environment.”
