Monitronics Named a Top Place to Work

The Dallas Morning News has named Monitronics, one of the nation's largest, fastest-growing alarm monitoring companies, one of the 2011 Top 100 Places to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth. Monitronics was recognized as a Top Large Company.

The company was chosen as a result of an anonymous employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics, The Dallas Morning News' research partner. Employees answered 23 questions about pay, benefits, managers, and more.

"The fact that our employees chose us as a Top Place to Work demonstrates our environment of mutual respect and accountability," says Lori Bishop, Monitronics' human resources vice president. "We value our employees and the work they do and believe in showing them their importance to Monitronics' continued success."

To attract the very best in the business and give back to its employees, Monitronics offers a comprehensive benefits package, as well as a robust wellness program, continuing education support with tuition reimbursement, and a personal concierge program.

"We're very proud to be recognized by our employees and named as a Top 100 Place to Work by The Dallas Morning News," says Michael Haislip, president and CEO of Monitronics. "Our employees are what make Monitronics the compelling business it is today and we've always believed that if we could take care of them, they would take care of our customers and that's a great synergy to build on."
