Per Mar Security Services Acquires Orgen Electronics

Per Mar Security Services has acquired Ogren Electronics, Eagle River, Wisconsin. The company was owned and operated by Terra Nova who owned Ogren Electronics.

Ogren Electronics offered full electronic security such as burglary, fire, CCTV and access control systems. Per Mar will continue to offer these services and the operation will move into our existing Wausau Wisconsin office, which will ensure that exceptional service continues to be provided to Ogren Electronics former customer base. This acquisition will add approximately 250 alarm accounts to our Wausau operation where Ken Nerison, Electronic Security General Manager, will oversee the transition.
