Pivot3, Inc., a supplier of video surveillance and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) Serverless Storage Appliances, announced today that it has officially launched a new, professional services package. The comprehensive, professional services, which include training, installation and consulting support, will accelerate and optimize the deployment and management of Pivot3’s highly-available, converged storage appliances for video surveillance, VDI and other storage markets.

Pivot3 has invested significantly in the personnel and resources required to provide the expertise and capabilities its customers need to ensure the performance, security and reliability of their surveillance and IT platforms. The company has built a team with a strong understanding of solution and market requirements to drive close collaboration and project success with partners and customers. These value-added services, such as technology and solution training, deployment services and extended warranty options, are critical to helping Pivot3 customers meet their business goals.
