Security Products Announces 2013 Security Products’ Govies Government Security Award Winners

Security Products magazine, the only integrated product and technology magazine reaching the entire security market, announced the winners in the 2013 Security Products’ Govies Government Security award competition today. The awards honor outstanding government security products in a variety of categories.

The Security Products’ Government Security Awards were launched in 2009 and re-launched as The Govies in 2011. Participation in this year’s program was up 21% over 2012, with 64 entries. The winning entries earn the opportunity to display their products in the Govies booth at the annual GovSec Conference & Expo, which will be held May 13-15 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

The judges selected the top entries in the 2013 categories and named them winners. Platinum and Gold designations within the categories will be announced at GovSec. The winning entries are:
