“eContract” Saves Time, Money For Monitronics Dealers

Monitronics is expanding “eContract” in 2014, increasing the scope of its exclusive electronic contract application that eliminates the traditional hard‐copy paperwork for a new customer contract.

Using eContract, Monitronics Authorized Dealers can quickly complete an electronic version of each contract in the customer’s home on an iPad or Android tablet. A PDF copy is then sent instantly to the Company and the customer.

eContract updates scheduled for 2014 include:

  • New contract versions available
  • Canadian contract version
  • New state-­specific versions
  • Spanish‐version contracts
  • Notice of Cancellation included on all forms

Additional enhancements coming in the future include:

  • Integrating with Monitronics’ online dealer portal
  • More customization
