UCC Names Tom McNeil As National Account Executive

McNeil’s industry experience will help UCC expand its focus to this important region of the country.

United Central Control (UCC) has appointed Tom McNeil as National Account Executive. Based in Chicago, McNeil will put his 13 years of industry experience to use helping alarm-installing companies in the Midwest and Northeast.

“What sets UCC apart from other alarm monitoring services is a genuine commitment to quality and customer relationships,” said McNeil. “I feel fortunate to work for such a high-quality company. I look forward to working one-on-one with alarm-installing companies by showing them how UCC can help their business grow.”

“UCC offers dealers all of the advantages of the big alarm monitoring companies, but they do so with the personality and attention to detail that alarm dealers wish they had from other companies,” he said. “You’re going to know who you’re talking to at UCC when you call with a question. You’re going to receive that personal touch; not only from me, but from everyone at UCC.”

UCC’s Senior Vice President of Sales Mark Matlock said McNeil’s industry experience will help UCC expand its focus to this important region of the country.

“Dealers in Texas and the southern region of the United States understand the value UCC can bring to their business,” said Matlock. “We look forward to Tom working with dealers in new regions and showing them what a valuable asset the right contract monitoring company can be.”

UCC President Teresa Gonzalez said she knows McNeil will be a great representative of the company and its customers.

“Tom is very good at establishing relationships with his clients that provide the attention and customer service they deserve while also representing the company values of personal service that UCC has worked very hard to establish,” said Gonzalez. “We are excited to have him at UCC and we look forward to continued success together.”
