Telaeris Integrates its XPressEntry with AMAG Technology's Symmetry Access Control System

 AMAG Technology and Telaeris, a physical security and safety systems provider, announce the integration of Telaeris’ XPressEntry handheld badge verification and emergency mustering solution with AMAG’s Symmetry Access Control software V9.1. Both companies tested and certified the integration.

XPressEntry’s badge verification solution with rugged handheld badge readers maintain updated facility occupancy information and quickly verify personnel and visitor badge information including name, photo ID, and permissions against the Symmetry Access Control database from anywhere with cellular and Wi-Fi connectivity. It also delivers an emergency evacuation and employee mustering solution to keep continuous track of facility occupancy by monitoring the Symmetry Access Control system to verify that personnel and visitors are accounted for and safely evacuated during emergency situations.

 

XPressEntry adds mobile functionality to Symmetry Access Control. Safety and security personnel can mobilize Symmetry’s functionality and perform mobile badge reading, entry/exit recording, identify personnel, roll call at emergency assembly areas or any location on or off site, and so much more.
