Bill Bozeman to Join Board of Netwatch Group

Netwatch Group, comprised of NMC, CalAtlantic, and Netwatch; is pleased to announce that Bill Bozeman, CPP, will be joining their executive board. One of the most respected professionals in the security industry, Bozeman will bring his unparalleled expertise and more than 40 years of experience to bear in helping steer the organization to meet corporate objectives in 2021 and beyond.

“Bill Bozeman is one of the security industry’s most accomplished and knowledgeable professionals,” said Kurt Takahashi, recently appointed CEO for Netwatch Group. “We are thrilled that he will be joining our team, and look forward to working together with him.” 

For more than 20 years, Bozeman has been the president and CEO of the PSA Security Network, one of the largest security system integration cooperatives in the world. Prior to that, he led multiple security businesses including of Delta Audio-Visual Security, Dictograph Alarm Systems Inc. and Pinkerton Systems Integration. He has been recognized with a number of industry awards, including the George Lippert memorial award, the Paul Marcus award and The Security Legend Award. He was also recognized as one of the 25 Most Influential Security Executives, and is a member of the Security Integration Hall of Fame.

The important industry role of CEO at PSA will shift over the next four months to Matt Barnette, an accomplished practitioner with 30 years of industry experience. Barnette joins PSA from HID Global, where he most recently served as vice president of their North American Business Unit.

“It has been an honor to serve this industry as the leader of PSA for so many years, and I am grateful to have had that opportunity,” Bozeman said. “Matt Barnette is the perfect choice to fill that role now, as I move ahead to the next exciting chapter, working together with Netwatch Group.”
