Edge360 Boosts Leadership Team to Drive Operational Efficiencies, Support Aggressive Sales Strategies

Edge360 has announced additions to its leadership team to meet evolving customer requirements for the company’s mission-critical video management solutions.

Robert Lin joins Edge360 as general manager and vice president, Americas, to guide the technology provider through expansion into high-growth markets, such as transportation, data centers, healthcare and critical infrastructure. A proven leader with more than 18 years of account and client management experience, Lin has guided world-class brands along the path to expanding operations through strategic insight and bold sales strategies. He has held senior-level sales and executive roles with OwnBackup, RevCult, NetScout Systems, and Nortel. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

“The adoption of mission-critical video surveillance platforms is evolving rapidly, and Edge360 is a market leader and innovator with tremendous growth opportunities ahead,” Lin said. “It is an honor to be appointed to the company’s executive leadership team, and I look forward to guiding the company’s strategy during the market’s ongoing technology transformation.”

Edge360 also named Kirk Brown and Robert Hampton regional vice presidents. Brown and Hampton lead the strategic sales strategies and distribution channels for the company’s video platforms and are instrumental in expanding partner opportunities and driving positive user experiences.

Brown is a seasoned sales leader with more than 20 years of experience capturing market share to realize substantial revenue growth. Over the course of his career, he has held senior executive roles, including vice president of Business Development of Captis Intelligence, director of business development for Hitachi, and director of business development for Pivot3.

Hampton is a professional sales technology leader with a career built upon being a trusted advisor by helping solve customer challenges, increasing revenue and enhancing the customer experience with high-profile brands. He previously served as Vice President of Business Development for MSE Corporate Security/ADT, sales director at G4S, senior roles with Stanley Convergint Security Solutions’ Enterprise Team, and Nice Vision Systems. He has also held board positions and consulted for startup technology companies.

As organizations worldwide face evolving security risks, the demand for effective solutions is skyrocketing. Edge360’s focus on delivering containerized infrastructure correlates with board-level concerns about proactively using video data to address operational, safety, and intellectual property concerns.

“The appointments to our leadership team demonstrate our commitment to accelerating our go-to-market strategy,” said John Rezzonico, CEO, Edge360. “These individuals have decades of leadership and highly relevant technical and sales leadership, and each will play a critical role in helping place the Surveill solution at the center of the video surveillance world and our customer’s mission-critical security programs.
