ADI Launches Control4 T5 In-Wall Touchscreen

The next-generation interface features a slim profile and enhanced processing power to support upcoming smart home functionality.

ADI has introduced the Control4 T5 In-Wall Touchscreen, a replacement for the previous T4 model.

The touchscreen mounts flush to the wall with a minimal bezel. It includes magnetic trim rings in colors matching Control4 Lux Lighting and a paintable option.

A proximity sensor wakes the display as users approach. The screensaver provides access to active media sessions and common controls, alongside quad microphones with beamforming and noise cancellation handle intercom communication. A dark mode option suits light-sensitive spaces such as home theaters.

The design uses a one-piece Power over Ethernet connection, eliminating pogo pin contacts. A revised mounting bracket aids wall levelling, and an optional AC accessory is available.

The touchscreen supports Control4 X4 processing and future software updates without hardware changes.
