ZBeta Names Sergio Delgado Research Operations Manager

The former Genetec team lead will oversee operational workflows and technology evaluation for the firm's LabZ initiative.

Physical security consulting firm ZBeta has appointed Sergio Delgado as its new research operations manager to oversee the growth of its LabZ initiative.

Delgado will manage daily research execution, optimize operational workflows and guide the evaluation of emerging security technologies. LabZ serves as the firm’s dedicated program for technological experimentation and innovation.

Prior to joining ZBeta, Delgado spent several years at security software provider Genetec, where he most recently worked as a technical account manager team lead. His professional background also spans roles in solutions engineering, field engineering and project management.

Delgado also previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps, which the company noted helped shape his approach to leadership and operational problem-solving.
