Constellis Appoints Two New Executive Leaders

The risk management firm names a new financial chief and growth officer to drive technology transformation.

A global risk management and mission-critical support services company has expanded its executive leadership team with two high-level appointments aimed at accelerating technological transformation.

Constellis Holdings LLC announced the appointment of Brent A. Pugh as chief financial officer and Tarun Sondhi as chief growth and technology officer. According to a company statement, the leadership additions are designed to scale the organization globally and modernize its integrated security solutions.

Pugh will oversee financial strategy and operations. He previously served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Red River Technology. His background includes overseeing financial operations for CAE's defense and security segment, where he managed training operations across more than 50 countries.

Sondhi will lead the company's enterprise growth strategy and digital transformation efforts. He joins the firm from Accenture, where he managed a cybersecurity profit and loss portfolio across the Americas. Sondhi is also the founder of Shadow AI Labs and has held previous leadership roles at KPMG and Symantec.

The executive changes come as the security sector increasingly integrates advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and automated digital monitoring, into traditional physical security and risk management frameworks.
