Home comfort and security solutions provider Resideo has received recognition from the Association for Talent Development and Loyalty360 for its professional enablement and customer training programs.

The company secured an Association for Talent Development, or ATD, Excellence in Practice Award during the association's international conference in Los Angeles. The global awards program highlights organizations that implement talent development initiatives designed to yield measurable business results.

Resideo Academy provides instructor-led training for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and security professionals. The curriculum offers online, in-person and on-site learning options focused on expanding product knowledge, improving field efficiency and reducing service callbacks.

The company also received honors during the Loyalty360 Awards ceremony for its customer experience and brand loyalty strategies.

The company manages the Resideo Pro PERKS program, a tier-based loyalty initiative for heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractors that provides financial and non-financial benefits as members advance through tiers.

Additionally, the company operates the First Alert Premier Pro Partner Program. The invitation-only program for security dealers provides members with sales and marketing tools, co-op advertising support, lead generation opportunities and business planning guidance.
