A biometrics and deep learning company has acquired advanced graphics processors to expand its artificial intelligence research and enterprise capabilities.
Neurotechnology integrated NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra B300 accelerators into its existing infrastructure to handle large-scale data processing and model training. The company plans to use the hardware to support applications across biometrics, natural language processing and real-time speech systems.
The hardware expansion adds to the company’s current computing setup, which includes older generation NVIDIA H100 and A100 processors. The upgrade is intended to speed up the development of automated identification systems used globally for law enforcement, border control and national identity programs.
Domestic and international clients will also be able to access the new computing power. Neurotechnology plans to offer the hardware resources through its cloud services subsidiary, SkyBiometry, allowing external organizations to run intensive AI workloads without buying dedicated hardware.
The acquisition was completed through technology partner Novian Technologies, which handled the procurement and delivery of the infrastructure.
