Two teams engaging in collaborative planning

Able Fire Prevention Acquires Valley Fire Protection

The acquisition expands the company's fire and life safety services to seven states, streamlining support for multi-location commercial accounts.

A major consolidation in the East Coast fire safety market has expanded the footprint of one of the region’s longest-running service providers.

Able Fire Prevention has completed its acquisition of Valley Fire Protection. The transaction extends the acquiring company's operational reach across seven states, adding coverage in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida.

The combined company will service national and multi-location commercial accounts through a centralized system. According to company literature, the unified structure is designed to offer commercial property managers a single point of contact for multi-state code compliance, service coordination and standardized reporting.

With a team of multi-state licensed technicians, the organization plans to handle all field operations internally without relying on third-party subcontractors.

The expanded service catalog covers a variety of commercial safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, kitchen and gas station suppression systems, special hazards protection and emergency lighting.
