Security 101 Acquires Silverstrand Technologies

The acquisition expands Security 101's presence across Southern California's commercial and government security markets.

Security 101 has acquired San Diego-based security integrator Silverstrand Technologies Inc., the company announced in a press release.

The acquisition expands Security 101's presence in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles and Riverside.

Jeremy Johnson, who founded Silverstrand, will continue to lead the local operation as general manager. The acquisition retains the company's local team and existing client relationships.

Silverstrand's work includes video surveillance, access control, structured cabling, wireless systems, sound masking and life safety systems.
