Forbes Names Allied Universal Top Employer in Four States

Employee feedback helped place Allied Universal on Forbes’ 2026 list of America’s Best Employers by state.

Allied Universal was named to Forbes' 2026 list of America’s Best Employers by State in Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and Washington, based on employee perspectives gathered through an independent survey.

More than 245,000 employees participated in this survey in order to make the final decision.

Companies with at least 500 employees in the United States were assessed. Participants provided feedback on the likelihood of recommending their employer, how they view the workplace culture, leadership, flexibility, compensation and benefits, as well as growth opportunities within the company.
