Brivo Names Hans Kahler Chief Customer Officer
Enhancing global reseller support and user satisfaction drives the security provider's latest executive leadership addition.

Brivo announced the creation of a Chief Customer Officer role designed to expand customer support operations and bolster satisfaction across its global network.
Hans Kahler rejoins the company to fill the newly established executive position. In this role, Kahler oversees initiatives aimed at improving support, streamlining business operations and managing feedback from resellers and end users.
The organizational change comes as the access control provider expands its market footprint globally. Kahler brings previous experience with the company back to the role, where he will lead efforts to address customer challenges and enhance service delivery across regional and vertical markets.
The executive appointment takes effect immediately as Brivo continues expanding its cloud-based physical security platform.
